This morning I was driving to OC and an ‘accident’ had occurred ahead on the highway. ‘Great that will be a problem’. However, some moments later I zipped passed a slew of flashing lights and what appeared to be a series of cars in said accident.
I couldn’t tell you how many cars were in the accident or what the emergency vehicles were, or in what quantities because I was passed it so swiftly, since there was not a single ‘rubbernecker’ causing huge bottlenecks desperately trying to look in on someone else’s pain and tragedy.
Was this a one off? Who knows. However, if this is typical behavior in America, then America I salute you! 🇺🇸
P.s the image is of a car at the Blackhawk Museum, Blackhawk, CA near San Fran Bay Area. Quite a collection of cars and a lovely area if up there any time!
